About the 50% Off Model Program
We offer a 50% discount on services for guests who kindly agree to the following conditions:
１. Our staff are currently studying English, so we appreciate your understanding and cooperation during simple conversations.
Please rest assured that while we are practicing English, the technical quality of our services remains fully professional.
２. All services are performed by experienced stylists.
You will not be treated by assistants—only qualified professionals.
３. We may ask to take photos or videos during or after the service for use on our Instagram or website.
If you prefer not to show your face, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate your request.
Cancellation
There is a 100% fee for cancellations on the day of your appointment.
Situations in which the cancellation fee is exempt
- There are emergency weather circumstances declared by government agencies
- Services on methods of public transportation (train, plane, etc.) are suspended
- Public roads or highways are blocked off and it is physically impossible to arrive
- Rescheduling due to a fever or other sicknesses
